Okay, now you've finished making the wort. Now, place the cap onto the fermentation vessel, and add the fermentation lock. Fill the fermentation lock up to it's fill mark with water. If it doesn't have one, then about 3/4 inch below the top of the fermentation spout will do nicely.
Take the completed mixture and place it into a darkened area, like a closet or the like. A cellar is a good place for the beer as long as the area you store the beer is clean.
Now, you're finished for the day, and it's time to just do some waiting, while the fermentation process takes place.
